Seth Capehart MD Channel - Is it AI?
Okay, we're streaming again. It looks like this is the right uh stream channel. Let's just check Twitch real quick. Does it have the right title? Yeah. Okay, cool. So, it's working. Sorry about that if you came in earlier. I should uh get my eye on the on the chat as well. Okay, back to the YouTube stream.
The thing is that the the tool I'm using I don't think or I don't know of a way that it lets you check um yeah I got nope stream yeah the tool that I'm using doesn't let you stream. I guess I should probably just tested this on like a channel that nobody's following. Sorry about that. This won't happen again.
Yeah, it was it you that requested it, Joe Felix. Um, hello and welcome. Okay. Uh, let's do this together, I think. Okay. So, I can see the chat, so that's pretty good. I can just see the YouTube chat. That's good enough for now. If you're on Twitch, sorry about that. Uh, today I was just trying to figure out how to get that running on Twitch, and I've already wasted probably like 10 minutes of people's time.
Uh, so we'll just get right into it. Uh, somebody requested to look at the Seth Kart MD channel. It's got 419,000 subscribers. I briefly looked at it, I think, when they suggested and uh I thought it was a tough one. That's why in this in the thumbnail, you'll see that it says, "Oh, this is going to be this is going to be I think this will be tough."
Okay. So, how how should we do this? We'll have we'll go through the checklist as usual. This is a checklist, but we're asking ourselves critical questions. And obviously, it's not just a strict process. We're still iterating and trying to make it better. Uh just like AI Doctor channels are iterating and making it better.
Okay, sorry I'm all over the place. Okay. So the first thing is uh that we had is like when analyzing channels is does the video quantity make sense? Let's look at uh this channel. It looks like there's a video every day as well. Uh some of them are, you know, 9 minutes, some of them are 18 minutes. Do I have the average time?
I don't. Uh but uh again, this is like a it's not it's not a gun or bulletproof measure because the last time we looked at Dr. Dre and it turns out that it looks like the channel is pretty human. People have been watching her for years, uh I've it's it's my opinion that it is a human channel um for all the reasons that I listened in that podcast.
It's just that she's super productive and so video quantity is not a bulletproof measure. I think more than more than Dr. Dre is probably suspicious, but what she's doing seems like she's putting in a lot of genuine human effort. Uh video length we just looked at ranged from 8 to 18 minutes for this uh Seth Cape Hart ND channel.
That's about the same length as the Dr. Dre channel, which I've which I'm currently considering as an anchor for what is is possible. um as a human. Okay. Um does the person exist? Oh yeah, sorry. So we've, you know, if you haven't watched these things before, we've divided them into like four main, you could say categories.
Uh technically it's like a a tree a tree branches where we have you know like an AI test at the top and then these are like the uh branches coming off and then you know you go down and these are like the leaves at the end. So we have like four different branches and then they branch down. the one that we just went through, the first branch was the fatigue.
And um right now we we decided that this channel seem seems just based on these couple videos that we looked at only makes one video a day. So it seems reasonable or possible. The second branch and I'm organizing them in like in terms of how quickly we can approach these branches. The fatigue branch is really easy.
We just did that in like one minute. The second branch is the real person accountability branch. And in this one, we want to know if like does it seem that the person actually exists? Is this a real doctor? So, what happens if you actually just Google Seth Khart, MD? Wow. He's on the W at West Virginia University MD.
So, it looks pretty legit, right? Um, as an ededu website, got MD degree 2021. Seems pretty legit. It's got a LinkedIn. That's a good sign. It's got a website. Uh oh, he's also he's also got a podcast. I wonder if this is the same content that's being produced on YouTube or if it's different content.
That would be very productive if it was. Okay. Well, let's see. This last episode was in it says it was end on March 13. So then whoever is you know behind this podcast is no longer producing if it is the same person. So Kart MD um that would make sense. He would be trying to put his effort into what seems to be working which I guess is YouTube and you know if we look at other channels there might be more.
I guess healthcare is a website where people review physicians. There's another podcast website. I don't think this is the same. It could be the same person. Might not be the same person. Sarasota, Florida emergency medicine. What is uh the Seth Kart and he's supposed to be an emergency physician. I trust this as like well this is what he looks like in the channel.
Uh doesn't what kind what type of a position is a channel supposed to be does anybody know? Okay. Emergency uh technician. Okay. Might might also be okay. There we go. Emergency physician. So this second page might be the same person with middle name Edward. So, it looks like there's a lot of trace for the real person.
Um, so I would consider this to be good. Lots of information here. I'm just going to summarize what we talked about here. Video quantity was seems reasonable as much as Dr. Dre, who we decided seems pretty human channel, and this was like about what was 8 to 20 minutes also reasonable. We just talked about whether the person exists and that seemed true.
Okay. Uh when we were talking about Dr. Dre, last time uh we asked does do they have a license? In the in the UK, you've got the GMC registration. In the US, you've got federally, you've got the NPI, the national provider identity number, identification number, and you've got a statewide license number.
Um, so we'll just search the name and see. Let's give heart MD NPI. Got us. We got an NPI here. Emergency medicine. Don't really need to look deep. Um because this is well I guess it's a. org website. But is it the NPI or? Oh yeah, it is the NPI database or okay. So yes, exists. Make this uh okay exist.
Okay. And then the state license number. Uh, Seth Kart MD state license number. Oh, okay. This might be a different Seth Kart or unless this is just giving us the wrong image and Google's just giving us the wrong image. Yeah, I think Google might be giving us the wrong image here. Yeah. Or based on what it found from WebMD.
Good job, Google. Um, we go. We're looking for the state license number still. Was this supposed to be in in Florida, but he went to West Virginia? Is West V. Is West Virginia University in Florida? No, it's in West Virginia, surely. Yeah. Okay. You gotta check, right? I can't find it. Maybe it's just not easy to access.
Maybe he warns. Uh I'm not sure which state he's practicing or the channel says he's practicing in. Maybe this information is about hearing the about Maybe. Yeah. Simple and easy. Okay. Does anybody know which state he uh the doctor says he's practiced in or this channel? Okay. I might have to just do a Seth Ghart MD state.
See, this is from when he was a medical student at West Virginia. Wait, what? 2021. This is confusing. Where does it say medical students? Oh, okay. So, he probably studied at West Virginia and was set to graduate in 2021. Okay. Uh, it looks like the other evidence points to him working in Florida right now.
No. Yeah, Sarasota, Florida. Unless there's another Sephart. Okay. Florida license number. Let me find that easily. Yeah, Sarasota. Okay, we got something. Uh, that's public information. So, we'll say exist. I should have probably also done the same thing for the NPI. Copy pasted it. Okay. Do physical attributes match the real person?
Okay. Okay. Well, this I take this to be like a legitimate source of like what the doctor actually looks like. Um, looks like looks the same in this thumbnail. No, not really. But, you know, some thumbnails are AI generated. That's fine. I think people are expecting that these days to be honest. seems.
So, I'll say voice. Uh, if we had like a voice from before the YouTube content, that would be good. Seth Kart. Uh, see, we're looking before 2021. No, he was he would have been a medical student. Maybe my student interview West Virginia. This is just like not really AI analysis. This is more like just you got to do your basics, I think.
You know, if he's a if he's a a real person, he's definitely intense uh with a due hardship. Oh, okay. Here's something. Emergency medicine res from when he was resident. Oh, was he a resident in Okay, this is maybe graduating residency in 2021. Uh, I don't I don't suppose it tells us which clubs he might be in.
Uh, I would just be looking for like his voice again to compare to the YouTube channel. Seth Kart, uh, West Virginia student interview. Maybe maybe he wasn't very active in like extracurricular clubs. I hear someone say West Virginia interview medical. Okay, this is taking so much time. But this What is this?
This might be interesting for later if he's in this video. It would be relevant for our like variance analysis. Uh Google was returning his name here. Okay, it's just misindexed. So, we're not even getting Oh, are we even getting his his name? We're not even getting his name here. Okay. So, couldn't uh quickly find voice um for 2021, but that's something you know you want to compare.
Okay. Appearance. Oh, we said yeah seems so that was based on picture on the picture on the West Virginia edu website. Okay. Does existing person have to show their work? Uh this was a this ca this question came out of just like NHS UK doctors reaching out to me and telling me that in their annual review boards uh sorry I got to make the full sentence before I say it.
That's my editor said, that's what my editor says. In their annual review boards, they have to cover their whole scope of practice and that includes YouTube videos. That's for the UK. For the US, I'm not sure if they have to do annual reviews. Okay, I'm way too far back. So since just by um because they're in the US, they don't probably don't have to.
I say they, but it's I believe identifies as male. Um so he Okay. Frame skips. That's okay. So that's if you're if we're looking at a video. Okay. So now Okay. Now we're in the third branch of this logic tree. We just finished fatigue and real person accountability. Seems like this is a real person. And it seems like they're producing just enough uh or on the edge of a super productive person.
So both of those I would say pass. Okay. We'll say pass. Now we actually have to look at the content that's published and analyze it for AI use. So the what does the channel first of all say? Does it declare any EIUS? I don't think it does. Uh okay. True health isn't complicated. ER doc former Navy EOD.
Um, ex special agent. Wow, you should might investigating me later. Uh, data for and flipflop wearing fool. I spent my career watching what happens when people stop taking care of themselves. Yeah. Okay. I spent years figuring out why modern life makes sense so damn hard. Stripping back. Okay. That's pretty clear.
just like sort of I guess basic or paleo healthpromoting. Uh don't quote me on that. Might not technically be paleo, but that's a that's the vibe that I'm getting, but yeah, no um no AI declaration. And so now we actually have to look through the content. Now, I noticed when we when we looked at his name, we also saw an Instagram website.
So, that might be something that we need to consider. And the podcast as well should log in. Oh, no. Okay. I I'm not very active on Instagram, so that's this is a challenge for me. But okay, let's focus on let's start with YouTube and if we have time then let's look at Instagram. This is a recap for anybody that's joining now.
Uh we're looking at the variance within the YouTube videos. Um but the challenge so passes so far passes on whether it's fatiguing or real person existing. It seems that that both of those are indicative of a human. Okay. So, first thing you do when you're looking at the YouTube channel is how old the videos are.
The first video was a year ago. Um, not a not a great sign, but certainly we don't want to discourage anybody from creating content or any new entrance into the doctor creator field. So I wouldn't say it's like unfortunately I would need older videos to def defin definitively or more confidently say it's not AI generated stuff.
Um but you know we can still look to see how much variance there is within the videos. Okay. I should probably put a I should probably put that somewhere here. just like a wave question. How I'll put that somewhere specific later, but how old is the oldest YouTube video? One year doesn't Okay. Ideally, we'd want higher to exclude AI created, but again, we don't want to discourage anybody.
Okay. So between video changes and then the way within video changes that we want look at that's those are want to look at next between video changes. I'm just going to look at the previews real quick. We're starting with the oldest videos. Got like a black background. Um seems to be standing. Okay. This is different.
Open up that one. That one's super different. Okay. Your life isn't broken. I've spent the last We got some exercises there. Let's be real. Okay, back to some talking heads. Looks like they've got B-rolls. This one's more of a B-roll instead of like doing something. Some more talking heads. Some pretty good B-rolls.
These are This will be a tough B-roll to make to generate cuz you got all that muscular movement there. A lot of talking heads kind of reduces the between video variance. between video format variance. What else to say? There's a lot of talking heads. Reduces the between v video talking. Sorry, say that again.
There are a lot of talking head videos on the Seth Keep Kar channel and so that reduces the between video format variance there. Still though, there are a good number of videos where you have it seems to be high quality B- rolls. We have to look at a little closer. But we also have um like it seems to be him doing stuff and talking on the camera.
So that increases the variance more than other suspected AI channels. Okay. So we'll say here um good amount of talking head at least 50% but there are a couple of videos where you have the uh doctor moving and talking. Okay, there are other things that we could cover in the actual video are like the variance uh sorry with respect to between video variance other videos we can cover besides the format uh and those are topic and idea does so he Dr.
Seth Kart which we learned is a real person is an emergency medicine physician. So I would Oh, this is from previous one. Sorry. Okay. Emergency medicine. Yeah, these are this is from a previous stream. Excuse me. Just uh it was hard to see. I should because I don't have it formatted differently. Okay.
Because I expect to see some emergency medicine topics in here. This is kind of cool. This is not kind of So, so far what I've seen is that these videos are like wellness. I guess you would say general wellness, but this one is I guess about productivity. Um, so that's there's some variance there though.
I guess this channel does declare their main thing is uh just doing doing hard things. So is everything within doing hard things that I mean that would be pretty broad anyways doing hard things. We've got some TRT and steroid topics. A lot of testosterone ones. That's a hot trending topic. Blood tests.
Yeah. fat mostly like male problems are being tackled. um or like a male approach I guess just like men for example dad vaude that's what I mean so there's focus there um but and therefore lower variance but you know you wouldn't penalize it because that could be trying to serve a specific audience fasting was also a trend um might still be Okay, it seems that the topic is mostly this doing hard things.
Um, not emergency medicine, which is is fine, I guess. It' be a passion, but and this is a pretty broad. So I would say the topic variance even though it's just one topic it's a very broad topic. I would say that the bit between video topic variance is high. Um and you know there seems to be a male audience focus.
Okay. Idea. So video ideas. We look through the videos. For example, there were someone like fat some more testosterone. Uh okay these are these are also about fat fat so viseral fat uh calories blood tests is stopped why I'm over yeah sorry I'm It's like thinking, but I should probably also read to keep it entertaining.
Okay. The real way to lose belly fat. It's just hard for me to do that multitasking. Sleep fix look better. Loneliness, three blood to um tests. Three reason supplements. lots um lots of different ideas I would say um probably every type of idea to approach the uh the male audience of doing hard things is being used.
So I would say very high uh pretty high. Every idea um that helps male audience is being used who want to do hard things. Okay. So to summarize that the the variance between video idea variance is pretty high because they're using or the channel is using every idea uh that can be used to serve male audience that wants to do hard things that is in favor of the channel not being AI.
We're still doing the analysis. Okay. We already looked at the format. Maybe I should just move this up a little bit. But technically, it's like I put it underneath idea because you've got an idea and then you ideally the format of the video expresses that idea. I think I think it does. Like I mean it probably does.
When you have some videos about working out, you're working out, right? Okay. Facial progression. It's only been a it's only been a year. Um, so we don't have like as good comparison that we can have as we did for Dr. Dre. Um but still you'd expect a person's uh sorry a person to have some changes from video to video.
And so let's look here again. And we still haven't looked at within video stuff. Imagine standing shoulder I think I see something of special operation principles. I've seen Okay. And then you go where was that B-roll on the couch? Should be around here. These are very or there's lots of scenes in these videos, so it's hard to find them.
There's definitely a lot of effort being put into these videos. Okay. What's this for? Whether that's a smart investment, prioritizing health, building unshak quick wins, they're in it for the marathon. They make decisions today that their future self will thank them for. Whether that's a smart investment, it just looks like this is very something about this is different.
I just can't put my finger on it yet. Maybe just the lighting, but I'm going to compare the features just to be sure one by one. I guess to be just to clarify, it kind of looks like this might be AI generated while this is not. What about this one? Could be. I guess it could be a filter. So, I'm just checking the the features.
Maybe maybe it's like an older video. I guess you could say he used a little lighter weight back then than here. Okay, that's what that is. I don't want to I don't want to spend too much time on just that one. Okay. All right. Sorry, I just went deep here. Uh oh, that's funny. Yeah. Yeah. Um there are a lot of channels being requested, Sarah, so I'm trying to stream about them so that I can just get through them fast.
Um so this is like a Okay, just to recap, where are we here on the list? We're looking at, I guess, between video facial progressions. And I just sort of went on a tangent on this one, trying to compare um the talking head because this caught my eye. It just looked a bit different to me. Like this and then that.
Uh but you know what? It could be just like an older video and I'm just comparing the and I'm just being thrown off by the lighting or weight change. So, I'm gonna Yeah, I'm I'm gonna backtrack a little bit and look for other between video varants uh in terms of like facial progression. This this video would be hard to create where you got them talking, you got the camera moving.
It would be hard to create, but you know, you want to look for like artifacts because like I guess you could say AI can create it, but it would make a lot of errors. So, this is a video we definitely want to like double click on. I've spent the last we got to like Okay, so nine minutes of moving the camera and and walking.
That would be that should be pretty telling. Uh yeah. Uh if it's AI generated, you'd expect some artifacts there. Just make just to be clear, artifacts are just like I mean by that I mean like image or video errors in the video. Anyways, I wanted to conclude the part about the between video uh facial progression.
We're still looking at a year ago. Uh, let's just look at an older video and in a newer video and just see if I told you how does the face look. That's just that should be just an easy way to do it. You're in your 20s or 30s. You were these two. So this is now this is later features look the same. Uh at least that's good.
Like you've got that distinctive wrinkle I think. Seems like he lost this wrinkle. Whatever he's doing is working. If he's a real doctor. Um or sorry, if this is his real video, we know he's a real doctor. Okay, we established that previously in the stream. Sorry. So, some people look at the ears. Um, yeah, those look the same.
Maybe maybe he was a little longer here, a little wider here. Is there any ear expert in the chat? Yeah, I agree. The recent videos do seem more AI with like the consistent uh the consistent scrubs. I did like we were just looking at that Uh but yeah, we I you know, I still want to give the panel the benefit of the doubt and and give it a deeper look.
So far, it's pretty it's pretty tough at a high level. Like at a high level, it seems like a lot of effort is being put in. a real doctor and the videos seem like very varied like you'd expect from a human that's focused on a very specific audience which is like males that want to do hard things. Okay.
But I'm trying to look for in this now finish the progression. I'm looking at the oldest video and the newest video just trying to look for like an addition of like a facial feature. Um, and what came out is that the ears look a bit shorter there. Maybe it's just the angle. Maybe I'm seeing things. I don't want I wouldn't say this that like Yeah, I wouldn't I would make a ruling on that for sure.
There's something. Yeah, I think this Yeah, there's something unnatural here, but like you could say it's a filter. Um, I haven't gotten to like the specific within analysis yet. the between one. Let's look at another video. Try let's try to get because I want to get I just want to see like a blemish or a pimple or something in any videos.
Um right now it just looks like it might be light difference and there might be something with the ears, but I'm no I'm no ear expert. So I'm going to zoom in here and it's going to be very pixelated. These videos all look very much the same. Like yeah, the talking head part definitely looks AI, I'll say, or low effort, but there's a lot of B- rolls here that look genuine and high effort.
Uh oh, it looks like the beard changed here. Yeah, it's grown here. four weeks ago, three weeks ago. That's pretty good. There's some beard changes. Does that make So see if it's consistent. All right. Give me a thumbs up if you have a Oh, so okay. Maybe I just missed it the first time. Okay, let's compare these two.
If you're a man who has been a generally longer beard ever injured a joint lifting something heavy now and told your testosterone is fine, but you still feel like garbage. I'll point that thumb at the person to blame. Yeah, I think that's good. I don't see any abnormality with the beard change. It's, you know, got a little longer, a little shorter, and it looks scruffy in both.
You could try to get into like the nitty-gritty like, oh, did it grow like one inch or like one and a half inches, but I don't want to I don't want to get too caught up in that. Okay. Some beard growth. I'll take it and move on to the next one. This is probably like if there's anything that will reveal it, it'll be uh the within video changes because so far everything would say yeah this is like mostly real.
So we'll have to focus on the within video changes. So I'll say this is pass looking for other creatures movement emotional range and expression range. The first one I want to look at is like other creatures. like humans or or dogs, cats. Okay. So, humans, dogs, cats I think, you know, we we we sort of looked at it and it looked like Yeah, we looked through all of these and I don't think I noticed in any video there was any like video I got.
Okay, this this video is interesting. I just want to brought that up for for like within video analysis, but it didn't look like there was like another creature in any other video. Maybe he appeared on a p somebody somebody else's podcast. That's something that we'd want to look at. Okay. Uh Seth Karden the uh podcast.
Oh, it would be his podcast is what we're getting. Uh on podcast Markson does Mark has a podcast. Wow. Okay. Sorry, I was distracting to all the content that's um being produced by Seth Kart Indie. It's very productive. Serial person, which so far the signs are definitely in the channel's favor, but we haven't looked in at the within video variance.
That would be the last thing I want to look at. That's where if there's an any error, it will come out. Okay, Kevin MD. Uh, okay. That's not I was hoping that that would be like another person's podcast. The it solution. Hey, is this it or is this it? Because of that name. Uh, okay. Well, this video was this picture generated but or it looks like it because of the smoothness but Oh yeah, also the robot I guess.
Ah, I was hoping to like Okay, this is somebody writing about the Seth Keep Heart podcast. Okay. So, I can't find a podcast and I can't find uh I can't find a podcast and I can't find another creature such as a human or dog, cat within the video. Um so unfortunately right now that I would I would say this is one this specific attribute is not a pass in that it doesn't exclude it from being yeah just on this specific attribute not pass non found I meant to do it here I had the same point and I couldn't find them or Seth Kart on another podcast.
Okay. Movement. Uh yeah, I mean this is this was for like the the previous channel that we were looking at uh Dr. Dre, but I think this channel looks like it has many movement with videos and exercise. And that's what we're going to check next. That would be pretty telling. And emotional range and expression range.
That would be like the talking head video analysis. That'll be the final one. Expression. Okay, cool. So, let's look for artifacts. This video was like, yeah, this one was going to be pretty telling because again, the movement, a lot of camera movement. You'd expect artifacts here. 20 years of my life fighting in wars alongside tier one operators traveling the world state mentioned I'm a former military spec ops not only allow you now imagine knowing the two keys of life that not only allow you to live an epic just going to have to make it a lot faster because this is a 10-minute video oh we can make it five times four times faster okay that might actually be too fast.
Yeah, too fast. We're losing some information. Sorry. Let's try 2. 5. Also camera movement continuous cut outside the landscape changes make sense. I want to look at the audio to see is the motion range in this video. And you've got two mics it looks like, which it, you know, a person going outdoors should have a mic.
At least that's consistent. Oh, is that I don't want to be live forever and be part of your life forever. You see, we go. Okay, that's just a cut and be part of your life forever. You see, we go through life constantly setting unrealistic expectations failed. Sad when someone dies, expectations failed that that person was going to live forever and be part of your life for mind.
The reason that you're unhappy about most things in life is because a lot of cuts here. I didn't see them when I was just like you had set in your mind. You're pissed about food at a restaurant. Having a bad day, expectations fa Okay, the script. Uh oh, there's a video of him being interviewed. Joe Felix, could you just link that in the chat?
That'd be great to look at, but like I don't know. I think this the script here just looks super AI here. Let's just do it again. Something or someone did not live up to the expectations that you had set in your mind. You're pissed about food at a restaurant. Expectation failed. Having a bad day. It just seems inconsistent.
You're pissed about food at a restaurant. Expectation felt. Expectations failed. Sad about where you're at in life. You had set in your mind. You're pissed about food at a restaurant. Expectation failed. Having a bad day. Expectations failed. Sad about where you're at in life. Expectations failed. Yeah.
It's just like it's very Maybe it's super scripted, but like the the the text is very dramatic. like a expectation filled, b expectations filled, c expectations failed. So, you'd expect somebody to like who wrote that to be a little dramatic. Um, but here's coming off pretty solid. You had just seems inconsistent about food at a restaurant, expectation failed.
Having a bad day, expectations failed. Sad about where you're at in life, expectations failed. sad when someone dies. Expectations failed that that person was going to live forever. I think I was saying failed. I meant to say failed and be part of your life forever. You see, we go through life constantly setting unrealistic expectation allow you to live a happier more successful life.
You see, when we temper our expectation correctly, realize that you probably not an option. But you see, and we both classed up selection in January, and it was freezing cold, but we were both crushing it. We had literally spent the last year preparing for this exact moment. Weeks in, we're crushing it, doing great, destined to pass the course.
Then came pool week. Pool week is the toughest week in all of selection. It's very similar in that regard to Navy Seals hell week, which you may be more familiar with. Midway through pool week, we lost over half of our class. On the last pool activity of the day, we lost Jared. Not because he quit, not because he did anything wrong, and not because he got hurt.
This seems a lot more consistent than the part that I was talking about earlier, but because his swim buddy dragged him underwater too many times, making the instructor believe that Jared couldn't handle the load. He was pulled from the pool and he was sent to the office for dismissal. Jared never read and say that Jared failed, but that would be a gross misunderstanding of what failure actually is.
You see, 99% of people misunderstand what failure actually is. And I'm gonna teach you how to think about failure differently. I'm just looking for when he intersects with the sun. Jared's story. See if we get an artifact there. Jared spent his time aboard a submarine. That was very suspicious. The part where he goes over the sun was just like painted over with a B-roll.
Okay, let's do that again. So that you can succeed no matter what you're doing. And I'll explain this to you through the rest of Jared's story. In the ensuing four years, Jared spent his time aboard a submarine. He was confined to Okay. No. Okay. You passed over the sun here. Ah, okay. Hold on. Let's just make that one a bit slower.
Jared his submarine. Okay, we got the we got the light changing because he's hiding the sun. And then once sun appears again, it looks like it's back to normal or life changes again. So that's a lot of variance within the video and doesn't look like there is an artifact here. Underwater with very little water.
Is that a frame? I don't be a frame skip there. Like just that one, but it's so tiny. With very little. And four years later, he was given another shot to prove himself. And so without prolonging the story, Jared breeze through selection the next time he always was. So would you still say that Jared failed?
Probably not. And that's because you become absolutely unstoppable. You'll never again fail because all you have to do is make the decision to keep going. No matter how many times life knocks you down, no matter how many s and so you spend countless if you want real person there creates clarity and consistency is king.
If you want to get really and consistency is king. If you want to get really good at something then start today and figure [ __ ] out along the way. The way I became really good at shooting was not to read about it, to shoot a lot and to make a lot of mist. What about this streak in the sky? It's like airplanes passing by.
Is that there the whole video? Like he Okay, he changes his way and it's there. And then that's consistently there. Yeah, this is a tough one. I had that one part where it felt scripted and it just felt emotionally inconsistent, but overall I would say this video looks pretty legit and I think that is what people are saying here in the chat.
Okay, let's look at some other videos. So, that one, yeah, that one looked pretty good. The the talking head videos is what people are saying, uh, are the problems. So, I guess, and then, you know, we've also got one more type of video, which is the B-rolls. The B- rolls look like they're build your unshakable habit running.
That's a smart investment. Prioritizing your health, building unshakable habits, eating right, running, exercising. The carrot has a camera zone. Build your unshakable habits. Now, please about what they let into their lives, what they watch, what they read, or even who they hang around with. As I've said before, you are the sum of the five people and influences closest to you.
I like that quote. I think I've seen that one before. Okay, behind me is the pro unit of the Zincuri cold plunge and chiller unit. They just sent it to me. And if you're in the game for a new cold plunge, this look legit. This may be one of the best models on the market that I have used to date. So, stick around and I'll tell you more about it.
Oh, yeah. This B- roll is definitely a lot a lot of effort. I think this this part is definitely human. Okay, cool. So, the B- rolls, you know, if this is like if this looks legit to us, there's no reason to doubt that the video the real doctor is actually involved in this channel. So only one question uh remains is just are the talking head videos AI generated and and then obviously you know like beyond that if you decide that it is or not now that you know that the real doctor is involved um is that enough to trust the channel?
We won't have time to tackle that today but okay. Uh, hey, hey, Vince. Stan Eggberg. I'll Yeah, I'll add that to the list. Thank you for suggesting that. We just want to look at uh Jason Khalifa. Khalifa. Uh, okay. Here we go. You are trained to be on edge all the time. Right here. And we'll say, what was his name?
Steph Kart. Um, am I only gonna get shorts? Come on. These are just shorts, right? Okay. Hard chasing. Oh, okay. This should take us there. You were trained. It was just turning me off because um it was like a generic watch title, you know? It was just to like remind myself, hey man, get up every day, do the hard [ __ ] that matters every single day.
And so that's what kind of kicked off, I guess, the do hard [ __ ] brand or whatever we want to call it now. And so I rebranded the the podcast as Do Hard [ __ ] That's where the Instagram page came from and now we're pushing over into YouTube as well. Love it, man. So, I mean, I think a natural question that I have, and I think Gabe and I were talking about this before, is like, what does it mean to you to do hard [ __ ] Because like I think that's I think people have a general idea of what that means.
I think if I say to Gabe, bro, let's go do some hard [ __ ] But hard [ __ ] is different for different people. We were actually just talking about alcohol. Sometimes you uh podcasts are filmed like, "Hey, I'm gonna artists record music and like, hey, I'm going to send you this track or this song or video.
I've already got these questions and just do the answers." Uh, this could have been done this way for sure. And because they're not in the same frame, does it looks like every person gets a cut here. Role play. There we go. Have to walk them through what type of what you would do in those situations.
So, it's it's actually really cool. It's it's really nerve-wracking. Let's just see if it's like live is what I'm trying to get at some nondescript hotel room. Yeah. This is like that of a movie. Like what is he looking at? I'm imagining like, you know, like is it like a Oh, it looks like a Okay, it looks like that might be like a meeting type.
Morgan Freeman's definitely one of the guys interviewing you for like, you know, something. I feel like he always Yeah, it looks like a meeting type um web application. So that suggests that you know this is this was like a real live thing and you know you just got it cut and I can also hear laughing in the background that's overlaid.
So this is not like separated actually separately filmed. This is all filmed. This was like filmed in one go looks like. Okay. Thanks for suggesting that one. Joe Felix. One thing that we got out of this one for sure is that it looks like this is the same background that we've seen in some videos. Like this one.
So, we know that that background is legit which is being used for talking head videos. Oh yeah. Why am I looking here? I meant to be looking at the other video. Okay, let's close up all these things that we've looked at so far. B-roll looks good. Uh, that was actually him talking. What do we have so far?
Got some talking head videos. I think I might have pulled this out for the B-roll. Life is a reflection of your A him. kind working with a pencil. That's pretty good. Like to sync that, but I don't know. I don't know how synced it is just holding a pencil, but you know, you could overlay it. I've had all these videos open to check for within video variance, but um we're right now trying to focus on within video v variance issues on the talking head videos because we decided the video or the doctor seems generally involved in this channel.
Um so it's just a matter of like whether the talking head videos are exaggerated or not. That's what people are asking about. We're still trying to decide on that. Let's try to get this done within 10 minutes. But this is the last thing here. This one This is Yeah, this one is definitely tough cuz there's something looks very like about these videos for sure.
it looks very restricted or constrained and so therefore there's like low variance but um yeah sorry just thinking here this two months ago this is him in um in a different setting. This might be interesting to look at if you're struggling with sleep issues just cuz it's different. See, this looks so legit, right?
Like with just like with him unboxing and stuff. Um potentially moving the camera around as well. like we don't know if it's him moving the camera but you know we can assume that today because you can dial in your sleep hygiene take all the supplements that you want follow all the looks very you know very similarly featured in this one and this one this one looks similarly featured these all look Dude, it's like is it the most recent videos that people are asking about?
I guess just the ones in the last two weeks. They kind of look Yeah, these last two weeks ones do look different. I'll admit different from the old ones, but very similar to one another. I guess I'm trying to find one of these talking head videos to see like a lot of variance but still have it look like uh I guess flat or restricted and hoping to find some place where there is like a large variance and therefore you know large variance within AI you'd find an artifact.
If you find an artifact by the way you could just comment it on this video. So far this is looking pretty legit. Um or like I can't find anything that I would say like yeah this is definitely AI. Oh, what's out? All right, guys. If you want high testosterone, more energy, and better performance, it starts first.
More prolific recently as well. Oh, did I just overindex on the recent videos saying that it's one video every day? Because this was Yeah, one every day for sure. But was it Oh, it wasn't as prolific. It was like once a week. Oh, wow. I missed that. I wish you were ear here earlier in the stream. Okay, I just want to look at this one right now.
In the morning, the way you wake up, what you do in that first is your testosterone naturally built See, this is interesting. It's got that same flat appearance that we have in the in the old ones or sorry, the new ones with the filter and stuff arguably, but like you've also got what is that? I guess it's supposed to be his like his camera playback.
Maximize your testosterone naturally, build strength, lose fat, and have more drive and energy. This is where you start. I am Dr. Kart. I'm an ER physician, former military special operations guy, and I've spent the last 20 years studying human performance and health optimization. All right, let's get into it.
Habit number one, one, let's get into health optimization. All right, let's get into it. What? All right, let's get into it. What was that? Okay, it looks like when he says all right, I just want to double check in slow motion, but looks like he makes a big facial expression, but the playback doesn't.
Let's get into All right. No, he doesn't make an expression either. Let's get into it. have number one. Get sunlight signalwhere with limited sunlight. Use a 10. I'm wondering if this would have been like an AI uh prototype. By the way, real light. If you live somewhere with limited sunlight, use a 10,000 lux light therapy lamp before caffeine.
Reaching for that coffee first thing, get moving. a 10 to 15 minute walk, some mobility work, even a few body movements will wake you up. Sort of tipping me off here is like the blinks are very naturally'll improve and it'll start your day with movement. All of which I guess some people just blink faster.
If you want to maximize benefits, wait at least 60 to 90 minutes before having your first cup of coffee. That is a longass time. I can't say that I do that myself, but I do try to delay it just a bit. This allows your body to reduce natural. This allows your body to reduce natural cortisol rhythm to function properly reducing this is a weird cut I think dependence on stimul where he says this allows your body to and improving sustained energy throughout the day.
All right. Habit number three eat a high protein testosterone boosting breakfast. What you eat in the morning directly impacts your testo. What you eat in the morning directly let's say the audio here is a bit off boosting breakfast. What you eat in the morning directly impacts breakfast. What you eat in the morning directly I'm I am suspicious of this of this particular video not the whole channel.
This video does look AI generated. Uh but the channel mostly looks like it looks like the doctors involved and I think that's what matters. Um obviously that the doctor is also we want to check that the doctor is reviewing the information um being um being said. Yeah. But definitely involved. So that's that uh a step up from many AI doctor channels impacts your testosterone for the rest of the day.
That support testosterone production. That support testo nutrients that support testosterone production. Is it you know what is weird? It is weird though that the camera playback is is just there for mental toughness but Okay, this is good. Okay, let's see. You know, we're like fairly certain that the doctor is involved with this channel and we're still exploring whether he uses AI to make the talking head videos.
But then one question beyond that is does um does a doctor review the information? And so now we have a research paper. Let's see if it's consistent with what he's saying. Because if it's if it is consistent, then we know that the doctor was involved. Uh if it's not consistent, then you know, somebody else just made the video and just put put that research paper testosterone production.
Another study showed that testicular temperature regulation is key for sperm and testosterone production. Regulation is key for sperm and testosterone production for sperm. It's a weird thing to highlight as a doctor like the first line in the abstract to highlight that as as proof because the first line in abstract is usually just the background.
Uh but it could be that an editor highlighted it and it looks like the claim is is um yeah it looks like the the claim that he's talking about is in actually in the topic or title of the research paper. So I was it's probably reviewed for the actual accuracy of like okay this research paper matters. It's just that if it's you know you know assuming the doctor is real is involved he probably didn't want to spend too much time iterating with the editors on what to highlight and testosterone production meaning keeping things too warm down there for too long can lower your tea levels.
How much does this actually influence your overall testosterone levels? I'm not sure, but I'm sure it's not, you know, any benefit to you. The key is to use cold exposure strategically. After waking up, take a 1 to three minute cold shower or ice bath to trigger a dopamine and testosterone boost. If you're new to cold exposure, maybe start with 30 seconds and build up over time.
This has a huge impact on your eyes. Come back, take a 1 to three minute cold shower, and then eat a healthy breakfast. Done. Everything is done within about 45 minutes to an hour. This isn't something that needs to take all morning. If you apply these habits, you'll start your day like a high testosterone man.
Priming your body for battle, better energy, muscle growth, and fat loss. Priming your body for battle, better energy, muscle growth. That seemed legit, but it said better and then better. Uh, seems like genuine stutter in this video, which seems the same quality as like the recent talking head videos.
I think we got to focus on those next. Priming your body for better energy muscle. Yeah. I mean that that seemed seem pretty human. Okay. Let's just look at which one of these should we look for or we look at for artifacts. One. Two. There's a video every day. Hey, let's look at the most recent one because it looks like there's going to continue to be a video every day.
And if I told you there was one sing um if it's going to be a video every day, most likely ones to have errors are the more recent ones cuz you expect quality control to be higher at the beginning of the production. If I told you there was one single number that predicts how long you'll live more accurate. This is low quality though.
I'm kind of Okay, there we go. I told you there was one single number that predicts how long you'll live more accurately than your blood pressure, more accurately than whether you smoke, more accurately than your cholesterol or diabetes status. Would you want to know what it is? It's not genetics. It's not what your last set of labs showed.
It's something you can train, something you can measure, something most people have heard of and they don't know what it really is or have never even heard of. If we haven't met, I'm Seth. I'm an ER doctor, former special ops guy. And today, I'm going to show you the single biggest predictor of longevity according to research and why it might matter even more for how well you live and for how long.
Let's get into it. But before I tell you what this number actually is, I want to be upfront about something. I don't consider myself a longevity guy. Not in the way that the term gets thrown around and used these days. I'm not chasing supplement stacks designed to add three extra years onto the end of your life.
I'm not particularly interested in helping you live to 110 years old if the last 20 of those years are spent in a hospital bed, which I see all too common. Because I've seen that, I've worked in the ER long enough to watch modern medicine do exactly what it's extremely good at, and that is keeping people alive. Machines that breathe for you medications that keep a failing heart beating a little longer.
And in the ER long enough to watch modern medicine do exactly what it's extremely good at, and that is keeping people alive. Machines that breathe for you. Medications that keep a failing heart beating a little longer. Interventions that I saw something years onto a life that frankly isn't being lived anymore, just maintained.
That's not what I want for you. And I don't think that's what you want for yourself either. It's not what I want for myself. What I actually care about is what I call health span. Not how long you live, but how well you live for as many of those years as possible. The difference matters more than people realize.
In the United States, the average gap between lifespan and health span, meaning the number of years people spend sick and disabled or declining before death, is about 12. 4 years. The largest gap of any developed nation on Earth. We've gotten remarkably good at extending life. We have not gotten proportionally better at extending health.
So, when I tell you about the single biggest predictor of longevity to date, the only thing that's throwing me off is the blinking is really fast, but I thought I saw in his earlier videos that seemed, you know, to be h and he is a fast blinker. What's that? I guess have a point of comparison. What's a video that looks legit where he actually does this blink a lot?
I think the one with the walking on the horizon here. Let's just get that or like outside or something. This one I've spent the last 20 years of my life years millions of dollars worth of training to you completely free. Now imagine knowing the two keys of of Wall Street changed the way that I live my life to see the yearly damn T or a high value target and I was attached to another spec ops unit as explosive support and I was [ __ ] stoked.
finally was getting to do what I had spent over two years preparing for flying hilos. And I was so stiff after we established we laid in a dead. He's squinting a lot here because the sun is in his face. It's not really a comparison. Okay. Misunderstanding of what failure actually is. You see 99% of people misunderstand what failure failure actually is.
You see he's you know he's still squinting. His his blades are pretty fast here. You through the rest of Jared's story in the ensuing four years. Yeah, they're pretty fast. Hey, I want you to understand why I'm telling you. Not because I'm trying to help you live forever. Here's Jared spent his time aboard a sub.
He continued and that's you have. So next time you don't get what you want, think of Jared. Pick yourself up, get your [ __ ] together, and keep trying because there is no failure if you never quit. Now, if you stuck with me this long, then I have a bonus lesson for you because I know that you're truth to the point because I know your time is valuable.
This lesson I learned only more recently in life, but it has really revolutionized the way that I approach problems and new situations. How often do you want to start something new? And so, you spin. Yeah, really fast. Do people just blink that fast? Maybe I'm just like a glacially slow blinker. I only like blink once a minute.
So, all right. Uh, let's go back. But because this particular one of the things that genuinely serves both goals at once, it predicts how long you'll likely live. And maybe more importantly, especially to me, it predicts how functional and capable and independent you will be while you're here. And that marker is your V2 max.
So, what is this thing actually measuring? V2 max is the maximum amount of oxygen your body can take in, transport, and use during intense exercise. Think of it as that seems pretty good like his expression range was pretty I would say that that was very high variance here. Dependent you will be wilder here and that marker is your V2 max.
So what is this thing actually measuring? V2 max is the maximum amount of oxygen your body can take in, transport, and use during intense exercise. Just like that, the last 10 seconds super high variance. Um I feel like that would be hard for AI to make, but maybe maybe it's gone advanced. Let's keep looking.
Think of it as the size of your internal engine. Not how good your car looks, not how nice the paint job is, but how much horsepower is actually under the hood when you need it. It captures something almost no oxygen, your blood's ability. In undergrad, my senior research project was studying the relationship between blood pressure and V2 max.
undergrad blood pressure. Okay, I guess that's consistent. We, you know, we know he's um kinesiology. There was a V2 maxiologist sitting in the university basement closet. It hadn't been touched in years. It was completely in disarray. I found it tracked down the manual. Oh, this is so high variance just now.
Like so much expression. Basement closet. I think for him. Um, it hadn't been touched in years. It was completely in disarray. I found it trapped down. It's just the blinking so fast is throwing me off. Okay. I I don't know. I think I can't really find something here. Yeah. of whether you'll spend those years capable independent.
If you want to know, okay, let's look just at a level in between. Do do like you have arms going out of the frame? What's like the hand movement frequency? Uh, they're up the whole time, but maybe he's a hand talker. the head is within like a 20% width range. Doesn't really get off frame, but maybe that's just easier to digest and was intentional.
What do you have in the background? Goals at once. No, not just alive but actually intensity matters so much for and you use because I'm years there was one single number moving and talking at this point. I had a patient recently come in which is hard and she looked at me just grateful patient that you that's out of released the key opens the lock glucose moves into your cells blood sugar comes back down smooth process repeated day after to keep full of glucose they don't need any more glucose being shoved into it so essentially doesn't turn even is produced significant as high enough on this organ gotten worse diabetes sugar for fixing it laid into the proteins and damaging their structure, including the proteins that make up your Refined processed versions hit your bloodstream fast and hard repeatedly all day every day.
That sandpaper, not because carbs are evil, your great great great grandparents ate carbohydrates, but because refined processed versions hit your bloodstream fast and hard, repeatedly all day, every day. That sandpaper we talked about, every spike is enough pass. Build your meals around real foods, proteins, vegetables, healthy fats, and whole food carbohydrate sources like tubers and fruits, which digest much slower and don't create the same dramatic glucose spikes.
This is exactly the primal eating approach we talk about constantly on this channel and is directly specifically supported by the diabetes reversal research. Number two, lose the excess weight. This is exactly the primal eating approach we talk about constantly on this channel and is directly specifically supported by the diabetes reversal research.
Number two, lose the excess weight. particularly vis exactly the primal eating approach we talk about constantly on this channel and is directly specifically supported by the diabetes reversal re looking for something search number two And yeah, that looks good. The primal eating approach we talk about constantly on this channel and is directly specifically supported by the diabetes reversal research.
Number two, lose process. And number three, move your body consistently. The research protocol was 100. You know, he's, you know, also at the 15 minute mark. He's getting up. He's scratching himself. That makes sense. If you've been sitting that long, you you're going to get itchy and you're going to want to move around.
So, that's also consistent at that level of variance. Yeah, I think he might have just gotten more prolific, like he's just putting in more effort uh or more time into this, which does make sense. He's got like this is probably more gonna be more lucrative than his job. Um, he's got, you know, a business on the side.
He's got codes. So, even if he's an emergency doctor in Florida, eventually this will make more um revenue for the channel or for more income for the person. I run a Primal 60 challenge every month. It will put this into action for you. If you want to work directly with me one-on-one, there is a link to a quiz that you can take below.
Oh, wait. It could also Yeah, it could also work directly with the with him oneonone. We know the real doctor is involved. Uh is ambient. So I guess the last question that we had open still besides like you know factchecking and stuff like that is that is are these talking head videos that have been coming out recently are the AI generated?
I couldn't find anything. I it looks AI generated to me. Sorry. It looks it looks actually recorded to me. I'm gonna say that again just because I misspoke. Uh but before I do that, I'm just going to read that comment. Uh there are a number of small random gestures like shifting himself up around his forehead.
Would it bother to integrate this? Would it bother to integrate these? Uh it could randomly add them, but just like to add them at the 15 minute mark. Unlikely. Um so it wasn't it wasn't randomly there. It was like they are consistent with what a human would experience itching after 15 minutes of sitting down.
Okay. Uh so yeah, I just wanted I just wanted to make the point about these these videos. They do like there's something that does look a bit off about them, but I said the more recent ones, but these more recent ones, even these ones look or at the end, I would say are like they're probably recorded by the real doctor.
If you find any artifacts, let me know and link them in the video. But I think this this is uh the real doctor recording himself. Okay, there were a pair of shoes on the couch and books that weren't there in the other video. Um, or has AI got much better over the last few weeks? I made it almost impossible to do that.
don't think it's I mean that that is possible Vince and I'll I'll look at that uh that would be a challenge that I will have to rise to. Um yeah, I'll I'll have to look do the research on that. Yeah, if these videos aren't AI, they do a good job imitating. I would say this like it certainly does like the script sometimes is a turnoff.
H it does seem AI at a at a super low level the script but at a high level it seems uh it seems human. Okay. Sorry. There was a pair of shoes on the couch. Most recent video weren't there in the other videos. Oh, okay. Oh, that thing. the pair of shoes and books by the computer. Yeah, I wouldn't I wouldn't put too much weight into just like random items appearing.
You can like we know this is the real do based on the previous video. It does look like this is a real doctor's house, especially on the podcast one that we saw together with uh somebody commented it. Yeah, Joe Felix, you did um Jason Khalifa. We know that the background is real and you you can't edit AI backgrounds to add stuff.
So, I wouldn't put that as a thing as a tell. But we know we know the background is like where he live or like where he records. Say there was something Uh yeah, I guess I'm still looking for like for any artifacts. At this level, I can't tell. We could probably analyze the script if you want, but it wouldn't be quick.
Yeah, that's right. Um that's right, Joe Felix. Okay. Uh, okay. There's a lot of arm movement here. I'm just going to look at this last one to see if the biceps move correspondingly uh as the hands go out of frame. If they go out of frame like here, making prolonged sitting more bearable rather than asking whether prolonged sitting was a good idea in the first place.
The more comfortable the chair, the longer the people sat. The longer the people sat, the more normal it became. The more normal it became, the less anyone questioned it. And then we did something that I think future generations will look back on with genuine disbelief. We applied the same model to children.
Think about what school actually is from a movement perspective. A childhood. The hands get got out of frame and the biceps I think move naturally. There was something I wanted to say, but I can't remember it right now. Sorry. Arrives at age five, a creature of pure kinetic energy designed to biologically to run and climb and jump and roll and explore.
And we sit them in a chair for 6 to 8 hours with brief recesses that were steadily reduced over decades as academic pressure increased. We tell them to be still, be quiet, don't fidget. Sh. Pay attention. Look at the hods of people of Tanzania. One of the last remaining. Was that a uh Oh, no. It's just on my screen.
I thought I saw something. Okay. Yeah. How often? I mean, I would like for videos in general, I would like to watch videos with more variance. Um, the variance is constricted within the video, but I don't see any artifacts. Uh, I don't see something that would Oh, yeah. Here's what I wanted to say. Like this is like a 15inute video and we know that the real doctor is involved with this channel.
He could have he he all right. It would be less effort for him I think to record these. Um yeah than to make them look so realistic and the script as well. Let's just take another to lose weight even when they exercise. An hour at the gym does not undo nine hours of metabolic shutdown. The Oh, I've I've thought that one before.
There's research showing that that's not true. That, you know, an exercise after exercise after sitting is sufficient to mitigate a lot of issues. But, you know, people are just saying that online now. Gosh. Wow, this is a tough one because I know like it looks something about it looks unnatural but I wouldn't say that explicitly there is something that definitively says that these videos are AI generated.
Also, um we know the real doctor is involved with this channel. We can see his beliefs it seems on the Jason Khalipa um podcast as well and they're consistent with what he's saying. So he believes them at least. So I guess now it's if you agree with him as a doctor uh and you know his viewpoints on the primal stuff then I don't see much harm in watching it.
The um if you are taking actions obviously on um on your health, you should probably consult your own doctor or you know work with him. I I think if you work with them, maybe you establish a doctor patient relationship and that gets you covered. But that's something to ask. But yeah, make sure that you actually see him on video.
Um, yeah. Okay. Where do we get land movement within the video? A bit restricted head and arm movement, but overall it is um sorry overall it seems good. I should clarify what I mean here. Um, hands are within a small range of motion. Sometimes go out of frame though. Um, head is within a small width radius or sorry, small radius at the middle of the video.
Overall, it seems good on larger scale. At 15 minutes, he seems to be starting to get restless. Okay. Emotional range. I mean, even in these in these videos that look legit, um, which one? This one. There was a very little emotional range. Like it was all just solemn. Is that how you pronounce it? I write it.
So, maybe it just looks like a name. Just double check that. Define solemn. Yeah, got it. I only use that word every day. Narrow, but I don't know. I don't want to stereotype but like I guess he the real doctor is ex-military like former Navy ex special agent tend to have just based on my experience not data driven a very limited emotional range at least based on TV as well.
So narrow but consistent with character profile military eh you know I've seen some ex-military that are pretty pretty funny but maybe he doesn't want to show that side on the videos. Uh, emotional expression range. I think that's sort of this. Oh, this is actually specifically facial expression range.
I thought I thought it was pretty high. Lots of facial expressions. Yeah, there are a lot of them. Football. GG. Well played. But you know, just based on like the analysis that we did today, it doesn't look like Seth Cape Hart, MD, is an AI doctor. It looks like to me it looks like most of it is legit.
Yeah. And um it definitely seems that the real doctor is involved. He he was on a podcast Joe Felix mentioned here with Jason Khalipa and he had the same opinions and the same background. That was probably the best evidence for me. I just there are some things that are weird like this right here like seeing the playback on the camera as he's recording on his screen.
Yeah. If Yeah. Thank I guess thanks for agreeing with me. If you if that somebody does find something that would suggest otherwise um let us know. I think w this is a wrap for this one.
